The contributions of Dr. B. S. Kademani, as a professional, librarian, mentor, teacher, guide, colleague, adviser, scientometrician, and leader to the Association are outstanding. He initiated several programs under the banner of BOSLA during his tenure as a Chairman. It is his generosity and a great gesture; apart from professional contributions, he has donated Rupees One Lakh towards encouraging young and dynamic professionals to excel in their careers to contribute more to society.
